Design Exchange (DX) Connect in partnership with the Canada Millennium Scholarship Foundation present the Certificate of Excellence for its Millennium Excellence award program. Each year a new certificate design is created and presented to reflect the foundation’s key messages in recognizing and encouraging Canada’s student achievers and tomorrow’s leaders. This design was created for the 2006 scholarship recipients. The concept behind the certificate design was conceived on the premise of “Self Identity” and how the many choices you make help create a path to your future.
